Job Description

The Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the sales team to ensure that sales objectives are achieved while providing excellent customer service. This dynamic position involves the coordination and administrative assistance to streamline processes within the sales department. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for order processing, handling customer inquiries, coordinating with different departments such as marketing and finance, and ensuring all sales-related documentation is correctly filed. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support sales team activities for efficient sales process execution.
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations to support decision-making.
  • Handle order processing and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to align sales activities with marketing efforts.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide solutions for their concerns.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and objectives.
  • Schedule and organize sales meetings, both internal and external, as required.
  • Ensure all sales documents are updated, accurate, and filed efficiently for audits.
  • Generate quotations and proposals in coordination with the sales team as needed.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of sales materials and promotional items.
  • Monitor competitor activities and report insights to management for strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role for two years.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative.
