As a Sales Associate, your primary role is to effectively engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to sales growth within the company. Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions efficiently using the company’s point-of-sale software.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally when necessary.
  • Manage merchandise displays to enhance product appeal and sales potential.
  • Stock, organize, and clean shelves to ensure a visually appealing space for products.
  • Participate in periodic inventory counts and report any discrepancies found.
  • Provide feedback to management about customer demands and competitive activities.
  • Offer upsells and cross-sells to customers where appropriate for increased revenue.
  • Support new team members in understanding store operations and sales strategies.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards diligently.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for consideration.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a retail sales or customer service role.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills for effective customer interactions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
  • Energetic and outgoing personality with a customer-focused mentality.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and service objectives.
