Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams on client needs and market trends.
  • Ensure a smooth transition of new clients to account management teams post-sale.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas set by the company.
  • Participate in industry conferences and networking events to promote the company's services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client acquisition roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and sales data effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage client information.
