Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue sales leads through customer interaction and market research.
  • Develop effective sales strategies to increase company sales and market share.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients effectively.
  • Engage with customers to identify needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Regularly update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus areas for marketing efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate deals to close sales.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Contribute to developing promotional and marketing materials for campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service with strong performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
