As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our store and the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Responsibilities

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring payment security.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are well-organized on shelves.
  • Coordinate with team members to replenish stock and achieve store goals.
  • Upsell promotional items and inform customers of current sales and discounts.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality continually.
  • Prepare inventory reports and communicate any discrepancies to management.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Attend mandatory training sessions and team meetings for skill enhancement.
  • Support marketing and promotional events to maximize store visibility and sales.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education is required for this position.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or retail role is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and empathize with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Familiarity with retail Point of Sale (POS) systems and technology is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
