  • Encourage and drive sales by identifying customer needs and suggesting add-ons.
  • Assist in stock replenishment, inventory management, and unloading shipments.
  • Promote loyalty programs and other store-specific initiatives to enhance customer retention.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and verify pricing accuracy to prevent discrepancies at the point of sale.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for effective conflict resolution and sales issues.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks smoothly.
  • Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling monetary transactions.
