Job Description

A Recruitment Coordinator 23J25 plays a pivotal role in the human resources and talent acquisition team, contributing to the efficient and effective hiring process of an organization. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail. The Recruitment Coordinator supports the recruitment process from start to finish, aiming to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. This role involves liaising with hiring managers, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining comprehensive records. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility, creativity, and problem-solving abilities to meet the evolving needs of the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update recruitment tracking systems and candidate databases regularly.
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Prepare and distribute onboarding documentation for selected candidates.
  • Liaise with external recruitment agencies and job boards to source suitable candidates.
  • Facilitate communication between candidates and the recruitment team to address inquiries.
  • Participate in recruitment meetings to discuss strategies and process improvements.
  • Assist in organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events as needed.
  • Compile and analyze recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or coordination roles within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective candidate interactions.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment management tools.
  • High attention to detail combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
