Responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screenings of applicants to assess their qualifications and fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding candidates.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods.
  • Coordinate and arrange interviews with team members, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Provide insightful recommendations to hiring managers based on candidates’ potential and fit.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates and recruitment activities.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics to ensure the achievement of recruitment goals and objectives.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience during the interview and selection process.
  • Stay updated on latest recruiting trends and tools to improve recruiting strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role in human resources.
  • Strong ability to conduct different types of interviews and assess candidate potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in using recruiting software and applicant tracking systems for recruitment.
  • Solid ability to conduct background checks and reference checks with accuracy.
  • Adept at multitasking and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
