We are seeking a creative and innovative Interior Designer to join our team. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other designers, enhancing and realizing unique spaces that inspire and impress.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present design concepts that reflect client requirements and preferences.
• Collaborate with architects and construction teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Create detailed layout designs, including furniture placement and color schemes.
• Select appropriate materials, furniture, and decor to complement the design vision.
• Oversee project timelines and budgets to meet client specifications and constraints.
• Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce design plans and visualizations.
• Update clients on project progress and incorporate their feedback for modifications.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay updated on the latest interior design trends and technologies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Conduct site visits to check on progress and address any design-related issues.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including contracts and proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field is required.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Strong understanding of fabric, material, and color theories in design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative and artistic with a good eye for detail and quality.
