Job Description

As a Manager in Account Management, you will be at the forefront of managing key client relationships and driving significant business growth. Your primary focus will be on strengthening customer satisfaction and ensuring sustainable revenue streams through exceptional service delivery and strategic planning. You will lead a team of account managers and be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs. Your role will involve close collaboration with various departments to ensure cohesive approaches to account management, including sales, product development, and marketing. You will also serve as a primary contact point for high-value clients, handling escalations and negotiations to maintain and enhance the client-company relationship.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers to maximize their potential.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for account management and growth.
  • Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, fostering strong long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Monitor account metrics and prepare detailed reports on account status and growth.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Handle client escalations professionally and identify effective resolutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals, ensuring mutual benefit and satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor solutions effectively.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients to discuss progress and feedback.
  • Ensure all client communications are tracked and documented efficiently.
  • Continuously seek improvements in processes to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with all-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and closing business deals effectively.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other account management tools.
