The QA Automation Tester role is critical in ensuring the quality and performance of software applications through automated testing techniques. Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize testing activities and manage risk.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior testers to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software testing, specifically with automation testing tools.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for automated tests.
• Familiarity with testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaboration.
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools like Jenkins or Bamboo.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
• Certifications in software testing or relevant areas are a plus.
