QA Analyst - IT 28N25

A QA Analyst plays a crucial role in the IT department by ensuring the quality and reliability of software products before they are released to end-users. As a QA Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying software defects, implementing testing protocols, and liaising with software developers to enhance the product's overall performance. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Analyst or in a similar quality assurance role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and testing methodologies.
• Experience with automated testing tools and software like Selenium or QTP.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are a must.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with developers and stakeholders.
