Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Analyze customer requirements in detail and develop detailed solution proposals.
  • Work closely with the technical team to align proposed solutions with customer’s technical ecosystems.
  • Assist in the preparation of bid responses and other presales documentation diligently.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in creating technical whitepapers, case studies, and other supporting documents.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings.
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback for product development and service enhancement.
  • Support sales strategies by providing technical and strategic insight during sales meetings.
  • Engage in customer visits and remote meetings to provide technical advice and insights.
  • Train and empower sales team members on product specifications and sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related technical field is necessary.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a presales or solution consultant role required.
  • Strong understanding of complex sales processes and solution-based selling techniques.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial.
  • Proven track record of successfully interacting with clients to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Technical proficiency in relevant software and hardware platforms is desired.
