Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teacher to join our dedicated team of educators. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with young children, capable of creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment. You will be responsible for developing early childhood educational programs that inspire curiosity and promote a love for learning. Your role will be integral in facilitating the cognitive, emotional, and social development of our students. As a Pre-Primary Teacher, you will implement a curriculum that includes a variety of activities designed to encourage growth and play while adapting your teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual learners.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans tailored to students' needs.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment for all children.
  • Encourage positive interactions and teamwork among the children.
  • Assess and document students’ progress, providing feedback to parents regularly.
  • Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s development.
  • Develop and integrate creative activities focused on children's interests and skills.
  • Incorporate educational technology tools to enhance children's learning experiences.
  • Foster an atmosphere of respect and appreciation for cultural diversity.
  • Implement classroom management strategies to ensure a conducive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to improve teaching methods and programs.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings aimed at professional development.
  • Ensure adherence to all school policies, procedures, and standards for quality education.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience as a Pre-Primary Teacher or in a similar educational role.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and preschool educational methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children and parents.
  • Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate activities for young learners.
  • Demonstrated patience and creativity in designing engaging learning experiences.
  • Must possess relevant teaching credentials or certifications in early childhood education.
