As a Personal Assistant, you will be a pivotal part of ensuring the seamless operation of daily tasks and activities for the individual or organization you support. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Conduct research and provide an analysis on specified topics as requested.
  • Manage and organize both physical and digital files for easy access and retrieval.
  • Assist in personal errands and tasks as required by the employer.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure that all deliverables are met on time.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all tasks undertaken.
  • Liaise with internal and external partners, ensuring smooth communication flow.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the employer.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system for effective record-keeping of documents.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role.
