Job Description

The role of a Performance Marketing Manager is integral to driving the growth and success of digital marketing initiatives within a company. This position focuses on developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products and/or services. The Performance Marketing Manager will work closely with the marketing team, and often the sales and product development departments, to create effective strategies that maximize ROI. They are responsible for analyzing market and competitive conditions and laying down a comprehensive understanding of the target customer. The ideal candidate should be proficient in data analysis, strategic planning, and executing marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, search engines, and other online advertising mediums. A Performance Marketing Manager should be both analytical and creative, with the ability to think strategically and manage multiple projects, often under tight deadlines, to meet campaign goals and deliverables.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with company goals.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI across channels.
  • Work closely with the creative team to produce engaging marketing content and ads.
  • Monetize various digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, and social media.
  • Conduct extensive market research to identify new marketing opportunities and trends.
  • Regularly report on the performance of marketing campaigns to stakeholders.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to improve marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Enhance customer engagement strategies to improve brand loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies for outsourced marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO tools, and marketing automation software.
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth through digital marketing initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
