Responsibilities

  • Provide feedback to management about market trends and customer needs.
  • Participate in regular sales training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the customer's needs.
  • Develop strategies to overcome potential buyer objections and close sales effectively.
  • Track and report sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field is preferred.
  • Proven work experience as an Outbound Sales Executive or similar role is essential.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required for client interactions.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills to effectively close sales deals.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve objectives.
  • Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for sales processes.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with various online lead generation techniques and tools is advantageous.
  • Must be goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
