Job Description

The Operations Assistant 05D25 plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of daily operational tasks within an organization. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can perform a variety of administrative and support duties to facilitate the operations of different departments. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills. This role supports the operations team by assisting with scheduling, data entry, and coordinating logistics, while also ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities

  • Assist with the daily scheduling and coordination of operational activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of operations processes.
  • Monitor and track the progress of various ongoing projects and tasks.
  • Coordinate communication between different departments to streamline operations.
  • Prepare and distribute operational reports and presentations as needed.
  • Respond promptly to operations-related inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and email management.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of meetings, workshops, and seminars.
  • Review and ensure compliance with established company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the operations team.
  • Support inventory management and ensure adequate supply levels are maintained.
  • Facilitate logistics coordination for company events and business travel arrangements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or operational support role is desired.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Familiarity with basic project management principles and techniques is a plus.
