The role of an Operation Executive is pivotal in streamlining and enhancing operational functions within a business environment. As an Operation Executive, you are expected to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring effective process management, coordination between departments, and the implementation of strategic initiatives that contribute to organizational growth and efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate daily operational activities across departments efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor operational performance and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure practical problem-solving and execution of plans.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasting cash flows, and overseeing financial data analysis.
  • Analyze statistical data to increase productivity and improve the quality of operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and enterprise guidelines and standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve business objectives and personal growth.
  • Develop and review operational policies, proposing improvements and strategic changes as needed.
  • Coordinate and support project management and strategic business initiatives implementation efforts.
  • Maintain consistency in operations by organizing frequent team meetings and feedback loops.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing innovative solutions and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations management or similar roles.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and managing cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving and strategic planning mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using operational software and tools for monitoring and analysis purposes.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
