Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operation Assistant (08N25) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the operations department by ensuring the efficient and effective daily operations within the organization. This role is critical in coordinating with various departments, managing logistical tasks, and maintaining operational processes. You will be responsible for assisting with scheduling, inventory management, and customer service as well as various other administrative tasks. A strong ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and solve problems is essential for success in this position. Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordinating daily operations and ensuring efficient function of tasks.
  • Maintain and manage inventory levels in collaboration with the warehouse team.
  • Prepare and process required documentation and reports accurately and timely.
  • Provide support to the operations team with scheduling and logistical arrangements.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure operational harmony.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve or escalate as necessary.
  • Monitor and report on the performance and progress of operational projects.
  • Execute data entry tasks and ensure accuracy of operational records.
  • Conduct follow-ups on pending operational matters and ensure resolution.
  • Assist in the implementation of operational improvements and efficiency strategies.
  • Organize and maintain administrative paperwork in compliance with company policies.
  • Support senior management with ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations support role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
