As a Network Security Admin, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to safeguard the organization's network infrastructure. Your role primarily involves ensuring the network's robustness against security threats and breaches and maintaining the operations of security tools and systems. You will be responsible for installing, administering, and troubleshooting the organization's security solutions, while also developing and implementing network security strategies and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Collaborating with IT staff and other departments, you will be pivotal in protecting sensitive data and responding to any security incidents. Your analytical skills and proactive mindset will be key in anticipating potential security risks, optimizing network performance, and maintaining high levels of system integrity and reliability.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Network Security Administrator or similar role in IT security.
• In-depth understanding of network protocols, network security standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using security information and event management (SIEM) tools.
• Experience with firewall technologies, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond promptly to security incidents.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively interacting with both IT and non-IT personnel.
