Job Description

A Maintenance Executive is a vital role within a company's operations, responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance strategy and ensuring the seamless functionality of the organization's infrastructure.   • Manage and maintain the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment stock.
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors to negotiate favorable service agreements.
  • Create and manage budgets for maintenance projects and departmental expenses.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations consistently.
  • Train and mentor staff to enhance efficiency and promote best practices.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance performance metrics and productivity targets.
  • Conduct routine inspections to assess conditions and recommend necessary repairs.
  • Implement and improve preventative maintenance plans to reduce equipment downtime.
  • Coordinate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or executive maintenance role is essential.
  • Strong technical understanding of building systems, including HVAC and electrical.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and logistics.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software and general computer applications.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Experience in budget preparation and financial management is advantageous.
  • Ability to work flexible hours in response to maintenance emergencies and demands.
