Job Description

The Maintenance Executive is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities and ensuring that all machinery, equipment, and facilities are kept in excellent working condition. This position requires a highly organized individual with solid technical knowledge, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. The Maintenance Executive will develop and implement maintenance procedures, carry out inspections, and ensure compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will contribute to the longevity and reliability of our facilities and equipment, enhancing the overall productivity and safety of our operations while minimizing downtime.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies and schedules for all equipment.
  • Oversee a team of technicians to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments of machinery and facility conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational maintenance standards.
  • Manage the maintenance budget, aiming to reduce costs without compromising quality.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of tools and parts.
  • Respond promptly to any maintenance emergencies, leading the resolution process.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and generate detailed reports.

  • Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment failures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in maintenance management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of technical maintenance processes and machinery operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills are essential for this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective maintenance and operational strategies.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills for interaction with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently within the maintenance department.
