Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging learning experiences tailored to targeted learner audiences.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate content into effective educational frameworks.
  • Utilize learning management systems and authoring tools to implement educational content.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning gaps and objectives for targeted programs.
  • Integrate multimedia elements such as videos, simulations, and interactive modules into curricula.
  • Ensure learning solutions are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with diverse learning styles.
  • Develop assessment tools to measure learning outcomes and program effectiveness accurately.
  • Align instructional design practices with the latest industry trends and standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance learning solutions continuously.
  • Review learner feedback and conduct course evaluations to improve learning experiences.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards consistently.
  • Provide training and support to educators on the effective use of educational tools and materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in instructional design and educational content development is required.
  • Proficiency in using learning management platforms and e-learning tools.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing engaging learning experiences.
