Lead UX/UI Designer – E-commerce 24J25

As a Lead UX/UI Designer specializing in E-commerce, you will play a critical role in enhancing the digital shopping experience on our platforms. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces that will captivate and retain online shoppers. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless user experience across all touchpoints. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, or equivalent work experience required.
• Proven experience in e-commerce UX/UI design with a compelling portfolio.
• Strong skills in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma are essential.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing a team of designers.
