Responsibilities

• Assist senior designers in developing innovative graphic design concepts and strategies.

• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to senior designers and team leads.
• Revise designs based on feedback to ensure final product meets company standards.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and design techniques.
• Assist in the production and formatting of print and digital materials.

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for new projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual and graphic design skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to receive constructive criticism and make edits based on feedback.
• Enthusiasm to learn new design techniques and technologies.
