Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Trainer, specifically in hardware and networking.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, devices, and hardware components.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills tailored to technical content.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into understandable terms for learners.
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with both in-person and virtual training platforms and tools.
• Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and outcomes effectively.
