We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our thriving technology sales team. As an IT Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients, and delivering tailored IT solutions that meet customer needs. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while maintaining a strong understanding of the latest IT products and technologies. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and staying informed about industry trends.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and agreements that meet the needs of both the client and the company.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and services.
  • Continuously seek to improve sales processes and strategies to enhance performance.
  • Gather customer feedback and use it to enhance our product offerings and customer service.
  • Stay updated on the latest IT products, technologies, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing market presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, specifically in IT products and solutions.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and solutions, including software and hardware.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance tracking tools is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud services is a plus.
