• Ensure adherence to software development methodologies and practices.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management or related roles.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects within budget and scope.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse project teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills should communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail in project deliverables.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira.
