Job Description

The Invoicing & Billing Coordinator is a key position in any organization, playing an essential role in ensuring the financial transactions are accurately captured, recorded, and that invoices are issued in a timely manner. Working closely with the finance department, this role involves managing complex billing operations, overseeing the end-to-end invoicing process, and ensuring customer billing disputes are resolved efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Generate, prepare, and send accurate invoices to clients and customers promptly.

  • Assist in financial audits by providing necessary billing and invoicing information.
  • Analyze billing processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly billing reports and financial summaries for management review.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulations affecting billing operations.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members on invoicing and billing procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in billing, invoicing, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in billing software and related financial tools is required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion and integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex billing issues.
  • Experience in handling large volumes of billing transactions efficiently.
