Job Description

An International Business Manager plays a critical role in expanding a company's reach across global markets. This dynamic position combines elements of marketing, management, and strategic planning as it pertains to international ventures. The Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of the market entry strategy, international operations, and partner-client relationships. They identify new business (B2B or B2C) opportunities across continents and effectively manage cross-cultural relationships, ensuring the company achieves profitable growth and increased market presence internationally. A successful International Business Manager possesses a strong understanding of cultural differences, international trade laws, and global business practices. They must also be capable of managing a team while collaborating with stakeholders located around the world.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years experience in international markets or business management.
  • Proven track record of successful international business development and expansion.
  • In-depth knowledge of international trade laws and global market dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a global mindset.
  • Ability to manage multicultural and geographically dispersed teams effectively.
  • Fluency in English and at least one other foreign language is preferred.
