As an International BPO Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in managing customer calls from various regions across the globe. Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage inbound calls from international clients professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services to potential customers.
  • Undertake outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and sales leads.
  • Maintain an updated database of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Engage with customers warmly, building and maintaining strong relationships over time.
  • Understand and respect the cultural sensitivities when interacting with international customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve communication and operational strategies.
  • Meet and aim to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and KPIs.
  • Attend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and professional work environment.
  • Collect feedback from customers to help improve the company's products and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification required.
  • Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under high-pressure situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night shifts if necessary.
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage with a diverse audience.
