Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for handling outbound as well as inbound calls for our international clients. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, maintain client relationships, and achieve defined targets. Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly approach are essential. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound calls efficiently and nurture client relationships effectively.
  • Assist customers with resolving their issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all customer interactions.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Meet the defined call handling and quality targets consistently.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with international clients or customers.
  • Attend training sessions to update knowledge about products and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Adhere to the company policies and maintain data confidentiality at all times.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to effective call strategies.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor on all calls to enhance client reputation.
  • Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in BPO or similar customer service roles desired.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English are essential.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
  • Capacity to manage stress and remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and adaptable to change as per client needs.
  • Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • High attention to detail to process data or information accurately.
