Job Description

As an Inside Sales Consultant at 10N25, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will engage with prospective clients through various communication channels, building relationships, identifying needs, and recommending solutions. Your focus will be on generating leads, nurturing them into valuable opportunities, and ultimately closing sales. You will need to possess an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions and negotiate terms. This role requires a dynamic, motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a knack for persuasion. You will work closely with the sales team to execute sales strategies and meet targets.


Responsibilities

  • Proactively initiate and manage outbound and inbound sales calls.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Manage and update customer data using CRM software and tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Nurture leads through consistent follow-up until sales closure.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback and insights to help refine sales processes and strategies.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance sales skills.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills and an ability to close deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Diligent, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
