Job Description

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior HR role is essential.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business performance.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is crucial.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Experience in managing the recruitment and employee development processes effectively.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
