Job Description

The Human Resources Executive plays a critical role in shaping and directing organizational strategy through the management of human capital. This position involves overseeing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. As a strategic partner, the HR Executive works closely with senior leadership to align the human resources strategy with the holistic goals of the organization. This role requires excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of HR best practices to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance organizational effectiveness. The HR Executive is also responsible for driving initiatives that improve employee engagement and productivity while ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Develop and implement HR policies that support organizational goals and strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at all times.
  • Promote a positive work environment and handle employee relations issues effectively.
  • Design and manage performance management systems to improve employee output.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify staff development and training needs.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure competitive offerings.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and support organizational growth.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR practices and recommend improvements as necessary.
  • Prepare and manage the HR department's budget to optimize resource allocation.
  • Analyze workforce trends to forecast future HR needs and challenges.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion efforts to build an equitable workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in upper-level human resources management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven leadership abilities with effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with HR information systems and performance management tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information discreetly.
