We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist, coded as 02A26, to join our expanding team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring effective talent acquisition.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or issues.
  • Create and update job descriptions and specifications for various roles in the company.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national labor regulations and best HR practices.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure that all employment requirements are met.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or administrative assistant.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices within the industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all organizational levels.
  • Ability to design and implement effective recruiting strategies and HR policies.
  • Experience with HR software and tools such as HRIS systems and applicant tracking.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, ability to multitask effectively.
