Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting accurate and efficient human resources functions within our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of talent management processes and supporting employees across various HR activities, ranging from recruitment to employee relations. This role demands a meticulous, proactive individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. You will be working alongside a dedicated HR team to maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies, while aligning HR strategy with business goals to drive organizational success. A successful HR Generalist will contribute to creating a positive work environment and improving employee satisfaction and performance.


Responsibilities

  • Support the full cycle recruiting process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR information systems accurately.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct employee orientation sessions and coordinate training efforts as needed.
  • Facilitate employee relations activities and conflict resolution processes effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws by staying informed on current legislation.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments and claims processing.
  • Support performance management processes and assist with appraisal coordination.
  • Handle employee inquiries and issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Prepare reports and provide analysis to support HR and management decision-making.
  • Coordinate internal communications to promote HR initiatives and company culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role required.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills are a must.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite for productivity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive and flexible approach to tasks.
