Job Description

The HR Executive plays a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing the employee experience within an organization. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of human resource management principles and the ability to implement them effectively to support business objectives. The HR Executive is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's goals. They ensure the smooth operation of the HR department and foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement practices. The executive will also work closely with other departments to address personnel needs, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and policies. This role is suited to a candidate who is strategic, empathetic, and adept at conflict resolution, among other skills.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain qualified candidates.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or issues.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation and health benefits.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management processes and practices.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and guidelines.
  • Analyze and identify training needs and provide necessary training programs for employee development.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace environment.
  • Maintain employee records and compile and analyze HR metrics for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers for forecasting organization staffing needs and succession planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Proven working experience as an HR executive or similar HR management role.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills for effective managerial action.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems to manage data efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities within organizational frameworks.
