The HR Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the human resources department, serving as an essential link between employees and management. Responsibilities

  • Assist in administering employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Address employee inquiries and provide solutions or follow-up as necessary.
  • Assist with performance management processes and documentation.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops aimed at enhancing employee skills.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies through regular audits.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Prepare HR-related reports for management and stakeholders as required.
  • Collaborate with HR team to strategize and improve organizational HR processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR coordinator or in a relevant human resources role.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and best practices in the industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and common office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations at the federal and state levels.
