Job Description

The HR Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations within the human resources department. Acting as a bridge between management and employees, this position is essential for promoting a positive and transparent work environment. The HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. This role requires excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, and a passion for fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Working closely with HR specialists, the coordinator contributes to enhancing workplace efficiency by managing routine HR tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring that all HR-related processes function seamlessly and adhere to legal guidelines.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management to improve work relationships.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes including posting job advertisements and interviewing candidates.
  • Manage employee onboarding to ensure new hires feel welcomed and informed.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Prepare detailed reports on HR metrics, such as employee turnover rates and contract expiration.
  • Coordinate and conduct employee training and development sessions as needed.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR-related matters.
  • Support the management of performance appraisal systems for employee evaluations.
  • Act as a liaison for payroll inquiries and other administrative HR duties.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in human resources or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations applicable in the industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
