The HR Administrator plays a pivotal role in the human resources department by ensuring seamless communication and efficient processes. This individual will serve as a key liaison between employees and management, handling all administrative tasks pertaining to HR policies, procedures, and programs. Their responsibilities will encompass a wide range of functional areas including HR administration, record maintenance, and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, have a knack for problem-solving, and demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality. This full-time role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently and collaboratively within a team. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Coordinate and assist with recruitment, interviews, and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support concerning HR policies and procedures.
  • Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, claims, and related inquiries.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain HR documents such as handbooks and job descriptions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives and systems.
  • Coordinate and support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Gather and analyze HR data and metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure company compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Manage employee offboarding processes including exit interviews and documentation.
  • Plan and execute HR department events, meetings, and schedules.
  • Support employee training and development programs as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a related administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal guidelines.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and multi-tasking capabilities.
