Job Description

The HR Administrator acts as a crucial support system within the human resources department, ensuring the seamless operation of HR processes and projects. Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases effectively.

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure seamless integration.
  • Support payroll operations by preparing relevant employee information and documents.
  • Help organize HR events, meetings, and training sessions efficiently and effectively.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related topics.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations for management as required.
  • Process documentation related to employee status changes such as promotions or transfers.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations by keeping up-to-date with HR legal requirements.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new HR initiatives and systems.
  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks and provide general office support.
  • Confidentially manage sensitive information and ensure data privacy measures are upheld.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with HR software systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance across operations.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and support various HR functions seamlessly.
