Job Description

The Freight Forwarding Sales Executive is a critical role in the logistics and supply chain sector, responsible for driving sales and expanding the customer base for freight forwarding services. Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

  • Assist in forecasting sales and preparing annual sales plans and budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools is essential.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
