Job Description

The Food and Beverage Executive is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing all aspects of food service and management within an establishment. This position requires a dynamic and highly organized individual who can manage operations in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and customer service. The Food and Beverage Executive is expected to develop strategic plans to enhance profitability, enhance the menu offerings, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the food and beverage departments efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations strictly.
  • Collaborate with culinary and service staff to improve menu offerings continuously.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with reliable suppliers.
  • Manage budgeting and financial planning to meet set financial goals.
  • Train and mentor staff to uphold high performance and service standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to avoid supply shortages.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Coordinate promotional and marketing efforts to attract and retain customers.
  • Analyze market trends to adapt strategies to meet emerging demands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of five years experience in food and beverage management required.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with proven capability to lead a team effectively.
  • Excellent understanding of food safety and quality practices necessary.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management is required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage several tasks simultaneously.
