Job Description

The Food and Beverage Executive is a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of the food and beverage department within a hospitality environment. Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts for optimum value.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage staff, conduct training programs, and foster a professional work environment.

  • Coordinate with culinary team to design innovative and appealing menus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
  • Five years of experience in food and beverage management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and staff.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage products and services.
  • Proven track record in budgeting and financial management within the F&B sector.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
