Job Description

The Finance Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in the financial division by ensuring the efficient management and accurate reporting of financial operations. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with IT teams to integrate financial systems and data management tools effectively.
  • Track and report key performance indicators to the management team on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a focus on detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and the use of financial analysis tools/software.
  • Excellent communication skills for interfacing with management and cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential for reporting tasks.
