We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Service Executive to join our growing team. As a Field Service Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment across various locations, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to all service requests and inquiries from clients.
  • Visit client sites to perform installation, repair, and maintenance tasks.
  • Diagnose issues with equipment and determine appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional interactions.
  • Provide comprehensive training and guidance to clients on equipment usage.
  • Prepare and submit detailed service reports following client visits.
  • Manage inventory and ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained.
  • Maintain communication with the corporate office to ensure service efficiency.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and methodologies in field service operations.
  • Collaborate with the support team to address complex client issues effectively.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures during site visits.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a field service technician or executive role.
  • Strong technical prowess and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently for field visits.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for reporting and diagnostics.
