Job Description

The Field Service Executive is a key role responsible for providing on-site service and support to a company's customers. This position involves executing field operations effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the quality of products and services. The Field Service Executive will be required to travel to different locations to perform installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks, while also offering technical support to clients. Responsibilities

  • Ensure all service work meets quality and safety standards established by the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts used, and client feedback.
  • Coordinate with sales and support teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Submit detailed reports on service tasks and field activities to management.
  • Manage inventory levels and order parts as needed for repairs and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to boost customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in service techniques and equipment.
  • Provide feedback to help improve overall service operations and client satisfaction.
  • Support the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Proven experience in field service roles or technical support positions required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to different client sites and locations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment related to service tasks.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain client relationships.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record for travel and on-site visits.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and industry regulations for service operations.
