Job Description

As an F&B Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the food and beverage department, facilitating smooth operations and ensuring the highest level of service to our guests. You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating various functions related to food and beverage services. The F&B Coordinator supports the F&B manager in implementing activities, orders, and other administrative tasks. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily food and beverage operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in planning and organizing special events, meetings, and private functions.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet business demand effectively.
  • Liaise with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members and departments.
  • Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and policies.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Support the F&B Manager in managing budget, payroll, and financial reports.
  • Update and maintain records of purchases, inventory, and expense reports.
  • Conduct regular staff briefings and training to ensure high service standards.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality goods.
  • Implement and monitor strategies to increase customer satisfaction and revenues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination.
  • Proficiency in using management software and technological tools related to F&B services.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and inventory management practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or GED; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
